Each Atlas cabinet is sized to handle real shop demands, with multiple sizes available for various applications. The SBC420 is suitable for a 47.5" x 24" work area, ideal for small parts and general shop use.

Step up to the SBC990 or PSBC990, and you get a 46" x 34" work area. The SBC1200 offers a 46" x 51" surface with front and rear top-open loading doors to support high-volume production runs.

Our blast cabinet features a durable design and a 27 ¼ " x 12 ¾ " viewing window, 24" gauntlet gloves for operator protection, and extra ceramic nozzles and plastic window protectors from the factory.

Common wear items, such as gloves, nozzles, filters, and window covers, stay in stock so your cabinet never sits idle.

Frequently Asked Questions

What size air compressor do I need for these sandblast cabinets?

Air pressure requirements vary by model. The SBC420 requires 15 CFM at 80-100 PSI, while the SBC990, PSBC990, and SBC1200 each require 24 CFM at 125-140 PSI, and all models run on standard 110V power. Plan for a larger compressor to maintain consistent compressed air delivery during blasting.

Is abrasive media included with the sandblast cabinet?

The recommended abrasive media, such as glass beads, are not included with any cabinet. Glass beads are a common type used for general metal finishing and surface preparation, depending on the surface and your specific application.
