Orders under approximately 150 lbs. typically ship via parcel carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
Larger items ship via freight carriers (LTL), while oversized orders may ship via dedicated truck service.

Freight Deliveries
Freight carriers will typically contact you to schedule delivery for large shipments.
Please inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt and note any visible damage or shortages at the time of delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and take photos of the packaging and product immediately.
Email photos to info@heavyliftdirect.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the product you ordered.
Missing Items
If items are missing from your shipment, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will work directly with the manufacturer and carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
