Return & Refund Policy

At HeavyLift Direct, we stand behind every product we sell. If your purchase isn't the right fit, we offer a straightforward 30-Day Return Policy to help make the process as easy as possible.

30-Day Returns

Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@heavyliftdirect.com with your order number and our team will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Condition Requirements

To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components.

Products showing signs of installation, use, wear, damage, modification, or missing components may not qualify for a refund. The manufacturer or distribution warehouse will determine the final condition of returned merchandise.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return being accepted by the warehouse.

Restocking Fees

Many manufacturers and distribution warehouses assess a restocking fee on returned merchandise. When applicable, approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25%, depending on the manufacturer and product line.

Any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. HeavyLift Direct does not retain these fees when they are charged by the manufacturer or warehouse.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect all shipments upon delivery. Any shipping damage should be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to HeavyLift Direct within 24 hours, along with photos of the product and packaging.

HeavyLift Direct will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.

If an order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return and may be subject to return shipping costs and applicable restocking fees.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of an order for reasons other than shipping damage or carrier error will be treated as a return.

Refused shipments may be subject to return freight charges and applicable manufacturer restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-built, made-to-order, special-order, certified pre-owned, and used products are not eligible for return unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Products purchased for temporary use, one-time events, trade shows, promotional displays, conferences, or similar short-term purposes are not eligible for return.

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved by HeavyLift Direct before being shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused by the receiving warehouse.
