The Branick 1500 Tower Nitrogen Inflation System is the largest generator in the Branick tower lineup, built for high-volume commercial tire shops, fleet operations, and OTR applications. Its triple-membrane design produces up to 21.3 CFM of nitrogen, providing the output needed for facilities servicing multiple bays, commercial truck tires, and other high-demand tire applications. Nitrogen purity is adjustable from 95% to 99.5% to accommodate different service requirements.

The Model 1500 uses PRISM membrane technology, which also helps remove moisture from the compressed air supply and supports more consistent nitrogen purity throughout the operating life of the system. An automatic shut-off helps reduce unnecessary compressor use, while front-mounted controls and air input and nitrogen output pressure gauges allow technicians to monitor system operation at a glance. The integrated nitrogen purity test port also provides a convenient way to verify output purity.

Built with a durable all-steel enclosure, the Branick 1500 combines high output with a compact 19" × 19" footprint to help conserve valuable shop space. The system operates from a standard 110/120V outlet and includes two pre-filters, with 5 years of free filters included for maintenance.

Forklifts and Lift Gates

All of our Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post Lifts* require a forklift (or similar) to unload.  Tire Changers and Balancers and other small items allow for a lift gate service (At no additional charge) Lift gate service will lower your order to street level.  How do I know if a forklift is required? See the drop down options that show when you're attempting to place an order. 

What if I don't have a forklift at my location and my order requires it?

This is a common question and here's some alternatives:

• We can deliver to a local freight terminal near you.  Typically this is within 30-60 minutes away depending on location.  We will find a location - Contact Us
• Do you have a buddy that owns a forklift and we can ship it there?  Does your place of work have a forklift?  Select this location as the delivery address. 
• Warehouse pickup - This is always an option but depends how far you're willing to drive. 
• Rent a forklift - This is the least favorable option but may be necessary.  We always schedule the delivery so this should minimize the days required to rent.

Can I hand unload my order if I don't have a forklift? 

No, sorry, the truck drivers don't allow for this.  2 things: Liabilities and the time it takes to unload - truck drivers can't wait, even if you have an army of help.

Residential Deliveries

Yes, we deliver to residential addresses!

Will the freight company contact me to schedule the delivery?

Yes, the freight company will call you ahead of time to schedule the delivery to ensure you are available to receive/unload your order. 

Warehouse Pickup (No Freight Charge)

Warehouse pickup is available for almost all of our brands.  Warehouse locations are listed on each product page.  At checkout, select "Pickup" and choose the warehouse you'd like to pickup from.  Upon ordering, we will send an email with the pickup form/number. 

Freight Terminals

If you don't have a forklift at your location, we can find you a freight terminal in your area and they will load your trailer onsite.  (Typically 30-60 minute drive away, depending on location) Special note: Some orders are so large they ship on a flatbed by themselves, in these cases a freight terminal delivery is not an option.  The product page will state whether this is the case.
