Featuring a DELUXE CONTROL PANEL and a bright white powder coat finish inside and out, this room offers both durability and aesthetic appeal. The construction includes heavy-duty, precision-punched 18 gauge panels, and the room can be assembled with convenient 5/16” bolts and serrated lock nuts. Optional door placements on the side or front add to its versatility, and the pre-hung 36” personnel door with a viewing window ensures easy access. The UL Listed Dayton 12” tube-axial exhaust fan with spark-resistant blades, coupled with a NEMA rated 1/2HP-3 Phase motor, provides robust and reliable ventilation.

Inside, the paint mixing room is equipped with premium AFC intake and exhaust filters and LDPI industrial light fixtures that feature inside access hinged glass doors. These fixtures include two UL and ETL certified lights, delivering true daylight color with GE T8 fluorescent lamps. The optimal airflow of 1,429 CFM at 0.5 static pressure ensures a safe and efficient environment, meeting all applicable OSHA and NFPA 33 regulations. Measuring 10 feet in length, 8 feet in width, and 8 feet in height, the room includes all necessary assembly hardware, a manometer, and sealant.
