If brake drums and rotors had nightmares, they’d probably dream of the Ranger RL-8500XLT Super-Duty Brake Lathe. Why? Because this machine is built to dominate everything from passenger cars to heavy-duty trucks. With its extended capacity, it can resurface brake drums up to 10 inches deep, making it the ultimate weapon in any automotive pro’s arsenal.
Unlike old-school lathes that require constant gearbox adjustments and make a racket loud enough to wake the neighbors, the RL-8500XLT uses advanced dual DC servo motors for seamless, low-maintenance operation. Translation? Smoother cuts, less vibration, and fewer headaches. This lathe features a quick-change adapter system for fast transitions between drum and rotor lathing. And with infinitely adjustable feed speeds, you can effortlessly toggle between rough cuts and fine finishes to achieve the exact results you want. Got a mountain of tools? No problem—the RL-8500XLT includes a heavy-duty workbench with integrated storage and a chip management system to keep things clean.

Forklifts and Lift Gates
All of our Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post Lifts* require a forklift (or similar) to unload. Tire Changers and Balancers and other small items allow for a lift gate service (At no additional charge) Lift gate service will lower your order to street level. How do I know if a forklift is required? See the drop down options that show when you're attempting to place an order.
What if I don't have a forklift at my location and my order requires it?
This is a common question and here's some alternatives:
Can I hand unload my order if I don't have a forklift?
No, sorry, the truck drivers don't allow for this. 2 things: Liabilities and the time it takes to unload - truck drivers can't wait, even if you have an army of help.
How do I know if my order requires a forklift or if a lift gate service is available?
