Handling heavy-duty truck and trailer alignments with traditional systems can limit your workspace, slow down operations, and require dedicated bays that reduce overall shop efficiency. These limitations can make servicing multi-axle vehicles more time-consuming and less profitable.
The Rotary R5100HD eliminates these barriers with a fully mobile, towerless alignment system designed for commercial truck and trailer service. Powered by a Windows tablet and advanced infrared sensor technology, it delivers fast, precise measurements across multiple axles without requiring a dedicated alignment bay. With wireless operation, remote controls, and quick setup features, the R5100HD helps your shop increase productivity, reduce downtime, and maximize service capabilities.

Forklifts and Lift Gates
All of our Single Post, 2 Post, and 4 Post Lifts* require a forklift (or similar) to unload. Tire Changers and Balancers and other small items allow for a lift gate service (At no additional charge) Lift gate service will lower your order to street level. How do I know if a forklift is required? See the drop down options that show when you're attempting to place an order.
What if I don't have a forklift at my location and my order requires it?
This is a common question and here's some alternatives:
Can I hand unload my order if I don't have a forklift?
No, sorry, the truck drivers don't allow for this. 2 things: Liabilities and the time it takes to unload - truck drivers can't wait, even if you have an army of help.
How do I know if my order requires a forklift or if a lift gate service is available?
See the drop down options that show when you're attempting to place an order.

The product page will state whether this is the case.
