Yes, oversized freight pallets weighing up to 3,800 lbs require a forklift or equivalent unloading equipment at your location. Liftgate service may be included on select products to lower the pallet from the truck, but it does not replace the need for heavy-duty unloading equipment on-site.

What are the concrete requirements for installation?
